• F&B attendant (Food & Beverage)

  Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc. Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of counter, tables, and other tools. Set up, stock, and maintain work areas. Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies. Transport supplies to beverage set-up area. Wash soiled glassware. Remove soiled wares from counter and tables and place in designated area. Input orders into cash register system and collect payment from customer. Take orders, record in MICROS system, issue, open, and dispense wine/beer bottles, and prepare food and coffee beverages. Present the order to the guest in a timely manner and within standards. Ensure that appliances (e.g., coffee makers) are turned on/off at the appropriate times. Bus counter areas and tables. Maintain cleanliness and condition of work areas, counter, tables, and other tools, following all set-up guidelines. Wash dishes, utensils, work areas, tables and equipment throughout the day. Obtain change required for expected business level. Count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank. Secure beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas.

• Senior Mechanic (Engineering/Maintenance)

Monitor and control property temperature. Read, log, track, and interpret readings from meters, gauges, and other measuring units. Maintain daily logs of operation, maintenance, and safety activities. Monitor and inspect boiler equipment, computer terminals, switches, etc. Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical systems, apparatus, and components.
