Hundredfold is an exciting new concept created in collaboration with James Beard Award–winning Chef Tim Hollingsworth, offering a fresh take on American brasserie dining.This is a unique opportunity to help shape a premier culinary destination—and relocation assistance is available for the right candidate. The ideal candidate is a dynamic hospitality leader with exceptional multitasking abilities, strong client‑relations experience, and excellent financial acumen, including full accountability for P&L performance, labor management, annual budget oversight, and operating expense control. The General Manager will bring an expert understanding of food, wine, and cocktails and is deeply committed to delivering extraordinary guest experiences.  A passion for teaching, developing, and training a newly built team is essential.
