• Director of Design (Development/Construction)

  Delaware North is hiring a full-time Director of Design and Construction to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As a Director of Design, you will serve as the design management lead for a ground-up project.  This role will be responsible for supervising and providing daily leadership for the project’s design team, consisting of external and internal design resources.  The role requires significant time collaborating with the Owners and Delaware North leadership teams and translating that information into a viable design.  The Director will be the senior design point of contact for the project and responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with Delaware North’s internal design and construction staff, operational stakeholders, owner representatives, and key third-party construction and design team stakeholders.  Our ideal candidate should possess extensive project design experience in gaming/casino projects, which may include casino gaming floor, hotel, retail, meeting/conference/ events spaces, and food and beverage outlets.
