  Assists the Front Office Manager in administering front office functions and supervising staff on a daily basis. • Sales Coordinator (Sales & Marketing)

  Our Property Administrative Specialists play an important role in a number of vital hotel functions. At our hotels, Property Administrative Specialists work across departments (e.g., Guest Services, Engineering, Food & Beverage) to support administrative needs. Whether providing administrative support (e.g., prepare documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software), serving as the point of contact for clients and vendors, or acting as the liaison between the Sales Office and clients throughout the event process (pre-event, event, post-event), our Property Administrative Specialists get the job done. They are critical to ensure smooth operations throughout the entire hotel.

• Rooms Inspector (Housekeeping)

  Enter status of rooms cleaned. Complete checklists to report cleanliness and condition of each assigned area. Complete required Housekeeping paperwork. Identify room assignments and type of cleaning required for each room. Inspect guest rooms after being cleaned by Housekeeper. Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. Enter guest rooms following procedures for gaining access and ensuring vacancy before entering.

• Assistant Director of Engineering (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Assists department head in managing budget, capital expenditures, preventative maintenance and energy conservation. Accountable for maintaining the building and grounds with particular attention towards safety, security and asset protection. Assigns, tracks and follows up on status of work assigned to staff and contractors. Helps increase guest and employee satisfaction through effective communications and training.

• Restaurant Manager (Food & Beverage)

  Areas of responsibility include Restaurants/Bars and Room Service, if applicable. Supervises daily restaurant operations and assists with menu planning, maintains sanitation standards and assists servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods. Verify and track received inventory and complete inventory reports and logs. Reconcile shipping invoices and receiving reports to ensure count accuracy. • HVAC Engineer IV (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Respond and attend to guest repair requests. Communicate with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues.   Designs and produces marketing materials including, but not limited to, advertisements, collateral, signage, flash pieces, electronic brochures and presentations to drive hotel revenue.

• Brand Public Relations Manager (Sales & Marketing)

  The Gaylord Hotels brand public relations manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day execution and development of the brand public relations strategy. They are a primary storyteller for the Gaylord brand and responsible for developing the proactive PR strategy for the Gaylord Hotels brand, inclusive of its six resorts, F&B outlets, group and meetings business, water parks, innovative special events and Christmas programming, and more. They will work closely with media and influencer partners to develop long-term relationships, build pitch strategies, draft and review press releases, and find opportunities to secure earned media placements aligned with brand priorities. They will work closely with brand and property stakeholders to align with local PR strategies and priorities and identify the most effective strategic approach. They will also be responsible for compiling clip reports and reporting out on efforts across the brand, communicating wins and opportunities with stakeholders across the organization.
