• Director of Food and Beverage (Food & Beverage)

  Functions as the strategic business leader of the property’s food and beverage/culinary operation, including Restaurants/Bars, Room Service and Banquets/Catering, where applicable. Position oversees the development and implementation of departmental strategies and ensures implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives. The position ensures the food and beverage/culinary operation meets the brand’s target customer needs, ensures employee satisfaction, and focuses on growing revenues and maximizing the financial performance of the department. Develops and implements property-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand’s target customer and property employees and provides a return on investment.

• Associate Director of Sales (Sales & Marketing)

  Functions as the leader of the property’s group sales effort for specific group business and Destination Sales Executives. Shares responsibility for achieving group revenue goals, and guest and associate satisfaction. Implements the brand’s service strategy and applicable brand initiatives in all aspects of the sales process. Provides day-to-day leadership oversight to the on-property group sales associate, Destination Sales Executive and administrative team with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of the properties sales objectives. Maintains ultimate accountability for verifying that the team maximizes group revenue opportunities by up-selling and accurately forecasting revenues (e.g., catering and group rooms) for all events.

• Director Marketing and Public Relations (Sales & Marketing)

  Directs the development, production and implementation of all marketing strategies and related projects associated with the property’s revenue and marketing objectives. Partners with the Vice President (VP) of Sales and Marketing to develop the annual marketing plan to achieve both short and long-term revenue and marketing objectives.
