The Corporate Accounting function sits within the Hilton Accounting and Finance Services (HAFS) organization at our Centres of Excellence (CoE) in Watford and Glasgow. The HAFS organization manages the accounting and finance functions both on property and at a corporate level, enabling us to develop scalable, global processes that allow our team members the chance for growth and the ability to spend more time on strategic, high value work. This includes managing relationships with our critical business partners across our global activities as it relates to Accounting & Finance, Tax, FP&A, Risk Management, Asset Management and general operations.
The Analyst for Revenue Accounting will assume responsibility for delivering the day-to-day processes that will ensure smooth running of the Revenue Accounting function within Hilton’s UK Centre of Excellence. Working with the Manager/Team Leader & Senior Analyst Revenue Accounting supporting the delivery of the function strategy and goals surrounding the processes involved in the delivery of accurate and timely reporting for c.45 hotels
Our Finance team (HAFS = Hilton Accounting & Finance Services) serves as a critical business partner responsible for managing all global activities related to financial performance, accounting, tax, forecasting, risk management, and asset management.
This credit control and collections based role within our Hilton Accounting & Finance Services team is a great opportunity to join our world-class function. The Analyst OTC will work with the Senior Analysts and Team Lead of the OTC function within Hilton’s UK Centre of Excellence. They will play a part in supporting the development and implementation of the strategy for Hilton within the UK. The Analyst will be expected to work closely with, advise and recommend to Hilton’s Centre of Excellence management on optimum delivery solutions which can be expected from a progressive Order to Cash service.
This exciting credit control and collections based opporitity is part of our expansing Hilton Accounting & Finance Services Team. Our Finance team serves as a critical business partner responsible for managing all global activities related to financial performance, accounting, tax, forecasting, risk management, and asset management. Within Finance, Hilton Accounting and Finance Services (HAFS) manages the accounting and finance functions, both on property and at corporate, allowing us to develop scalable, global processes. Under HAFS, our Centres of Excellence allow Finance and Accounting Team Members the chance for growth and the ability to spend more time on strategic, high value work.
The Analyst for Banking will assume responsibility for delivering the day-to-day processes that will ensure smooth running of the Treasury Accounting function within Hilton’s UK Centre of Excellence. Working with the Banking Team, Managers & the Treasury Accounting team to support the delivery of the function strategy and goals surrounding the processes involved in the delivery of accurate and timely reporting for c.250 hotels.
The Senior Analyst for UK Banking will assume responsibility for delivering the day-to-day processes that will ensure smooth running of the Treasury Accounting function within Hilton’s UK Centre of Excellence. Working with the Managers & the Treasury Accounting team to support the delivery of the function strategy and goals surrounding the processes involved in the delivery of accurate and timely reporting for c.40 hotels.
The Analyst for Procure-To-Pay (PTP) will work with the Manager of PTP within Hilton’s UK Centre of Excellence. They will play a part in providing control oversight of Procure to Pay process and correct expenditure accounting within Hilton by supporting efficient operation of processing and paying over 450,000 transactions annually, covering a spend in excess of GBP0.5bn.
