• Steward/Dishwasher (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Transport and clean cooking utensils and service ware in order to provide cooks, bus persons and food servers with appropriate equipment for guests' dining experience. Also requires cleaning of physical surroundings.

• Line Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Responsible for maintaining, setting up, food production and quality control of all meat, fish, fowl and other food items prepared on the frontline station.

• Room Attendant (Housekeeping)

  Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the guest rooms areas according to company procedures and at a level that meets or exceeds company standards. 

• Shuttle Driver (Transportation)

  Responsible for all guest service functions, including driving courtesy vehicles on surface streets and freeway.  Also responsible for maintaining bell station, greeting guests, handling guest luggage, providing directions, assisting the front desk in answering phones and delivering items to guest rooms.
