This position is responsible for the promotion and selling of the hotel’s conference, event, and bedroom inventory. This will be achieved through sound lead allocation, effective qualifying throughout the initial enquiry, delivery of comprehensive, accurate and customised proposals, and strong negotiation skills, whilst maintaining and supporting the customer relationship for the hotel. As the Assistant Front Office Manager, you will deputise the Front Office Manager in their absence in all aspects of the role. You have a direct line of authority over all Duty Managers, and team members in the Concierge, Reception, MAGIC, Guest Relations, and Executive Lounge departments. You will ensure the highest level of hospitality is provided by each team to our guests and hold ultimate responsibility for guest satisfaction and loyalty, quality assurance and team engagement within these departments. An Executive Lounge Supervisor is responsible for the satisfaction of executive Guests throughout their stay at the hotel by ensuring that enquiries receive responses and advise and information is delivered when requested.
