Serve as contact person for clients, vendors, and meeting planners and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests. Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally. Assist manager/supervisor in making telephone calls to specified individuals. Design, confirm, and communicate room layouts and set-up requirements for special events. Manage pre-event billing details, such as writing proposals, costing out events, developing the banquet event order, and obtaining deposits. Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems. Receive and distribute incoming faxes to appropriate personnel and guests. Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball to update records, files, reservation. Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software. Transmit information or documents using computer, mail, or facsimile machine. Operate standard office equipment other than computers

As a Sales Executive (Timeshare Experience), you will be responsible for making meaningful moments for Owners, members, and guests. As a Sales Executive Trainee, you will contribute to the success of the organization and sales distribution site by effectively using sales techniques and processes to convert prospective owners into purchasers as well as reload Owners. You will also have the opportunity to develop relationships with prospective owners by soliciting and following up on referrals and leads. You will cater the sales experience to the individual needs and preferences of each potential owner and follow through with the sales contract process to ensure that all required paperwork and legally required documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner. ($30.00 hour plus commission training pay)
The Sr. Manager, Enterprise Environment and Release Management directs, controls, and administers the enterprise level test environments as well as coordinates and manages the movement of releases through the build, test, and production environments. The incumbent will ensure that there is a proper structure in place to allow the organization to scale efficiently.

Assists the Sales Manager with the operation of the sales gallery, which includes scheduling Sales Executives in order to meet customer flow, reviewing weekly reports and disseminating this information to the sales team, and being available to assist sales executives with closing sales. Helps generate new business and attracts potential owners by reviewing the current book of business and coordinating with the marketing department. As directed by the Sales Manager, provides necessary resources, coaching and training on sales techniques to the sales staff. Works with Sales Manager to resolve conflicts and manage team performance. Helps monitor the guest experience and proactively responds to customer concerns. Assists the Sales Manager with other duties as directed.
