The Resort Revenue Manager assists the Director of Resort Revenue in identifying and maximizing all potential revenue opportunities for the Resort and deploying those strategies as directed.
QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCE

Must have High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED).
Must have college degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
Must have the ability to communicate effectively.

Must have the ability to work under pressure.
Must possess exceptional organizational skills.
Must have the ability to meet deadlines.
Must possess strong service skills to effectively interact with internal and external customers.
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Prepares daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for historical analysis, forecasting and trend analysis.
2. Recommends strategy based on Length of Stay(LOS) factors, lead time factors, seasonality and group business to gain optimal business mix,
3. Provides exceptional customer service to all patrons and communicates in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times.
4. Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
5. Maintains rates and inventory in SynXis-CRS/Global Distribution Systems (GDS), rate loading and channel management and Historic Hotels of America (HHA) opportunities.
6. Assists the Director of Resort Revenue to identify incremental revenue-producing opportunities and assists to implement selling.
7. Maintains relationships with third-party booking sites.
8. Research competitors for content, packages and strategies.
9. May create player accounts within our system and issue player cards in conjunction with the property’s loyalty program.
10. Attends all necessary training meetings.
11. Assists in other projects, as directed.

13. Performs other duties as reasonably requested by Management.
