Delaware North is hiring a full-time Senior Regional HR Manager, Sportservice to join our team.  As a Senior Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational HR leadership across a portfolio of Sportservice units. If you have lofty career goals, want a challenging role where collaboration and hard work are rewarded, apply now. 

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $110,600 – $139,300 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?

  • Lead, coach, and develop in-unit HR Managers while strengthening execution and building capability through ongoing development planning 
  • Drive consistency in HR support delivery while allowing flexibility to meet unit-specific needs 
  • Partner with unit leaders to support workforce planning, retention, engagement, and business-driven people priorities 
  • Coordinate regional HR processes and connect units with appropriate support from centers of excellence 
  • Provide targeted guidance and problem-solving support to units needing additional structure or coaching 
  • Manage complex employee relations matters, grievances, and contract negotiations in partnership with labor and business leaders 
  • Promote compliance and consistency by coaching leaders, supporting succession planning, and identifying trends or risks across the region 

More about you

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably across multiple locations or business units, high-volume hospitality and event environments preferred
  • Strong background in complex employee relations, investigations, labor support, and grievance handling 
  • Demonstrated success in succession planning, talent development, and leadership coaching 
  • Strong business partnership, judgment, and communication skills 
  • 30% travel across the region is required; the role may require support during nights, weekends, and critical operating periods.  
  • This position can be remote and can live anywhere within the US
