This role performs daily income audit functions, maintains A/R and deposit balances, responds to chargebacks, and professionally manages guest billing inquiries. The position works closely with the Sales and Catering team and requires proficiency in Full Service Marriott PMS (FSPMS), ProfitSword, and the Toast POS system.
