• Garde Manger Chef (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Garde Manger Sous Chef plans, organizes, controls and directs the work of team members in the kitchen. Responsible for food preparation while ensuring superior quality and consistency. This position also controls costs and manages inventory to maximize efficiency and profits.

• Server - Catch of the Pelican (Food & Beverage)

  The Accounting Manager is responsible for supporting the efficient operations of the Finance department, with particular emphasis on payroll management, reconciliations, and tax reporting, reporting directly to the Director of Finance, the Accounting Manager will also compile necessary financial reports in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.

  Often the first and last contact for our guests, the front desk agent is a critical link to guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, processing registration and check-out, anticipating guest needs and meeting or exceeding those needs, responding to and resolving guest inquires and complaints, and coordinating with other departments to ensure guests feel well-cared for and valued. This person should be very comfortable interacting with guests and potential clients in a highly professional manner.

• Director of Revenue Management (Revenue Management)

  Overview:The Director of Revenue Management is responsible for identifying and maximizing all potential revenue opportunities for the hotel.  In today’s lodging environment, understanding channel and yield management is critical for maximizing revenues. The Director of Revenue Management is responsible for formulating long and short-term Revenue Management strategies and for overseeing their successful execution towards the advancement of RevPAR market share. This includes the analysis of revenue potential generated by the transient and group market segments as well as the market segmentation within transient and group. One will combine this with catering and space utilization as well as other revenue considerations to determine the appropriate mix of business to achieve revenue potentials every day of every year.   The candidate will be able to lead and be a resourceful team member that can personally do all aspects of the job. 

• Chef de Cuisine – Outlets (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Responsible for applying pesticides and fertilizer throughout the golf course via various spray and fertilizer equipment.  All applications must be made in compliance with product labels and local and federal law.  Will also be responsible for executing various other golf course related tasks not associated with chemical and fertilizer applications.
