• AML / CFT (BSA) Compliance Officer (Regulatory Compliance)

  The AML/CFT Compliance Officer is responsible for leading and overseeing the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) program ensuring adherence to all related regulations by monitoring transactions, identifying, and investigating suspicious activity, filing necessary reports, and conducting customer due diligence. This position will provide strategic oversight for AML, BSA and OFAC policy compliance and will work with senior management and operations to manage AML, CDD/EDD and KYC policies and practices to ensure compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act.

• Restaurant Host / Hostess - Tulsa (Food & Beverage)

  Under the supervision of the Food and Beverage Supervisor, the Restaurant Host greets guests, monitor’s restaurant server table seating rotation, seats guests with menus, silverware, drinks and special seating accommodations. The host is responsible for understanding and promoting monthly Casino promotions and daily restaurant specials to ensure that all guests have an enjoyable experience.

• EVS Attendant - Tulsa (Housekeeping)

  Under direct supervision of the EVS Supervisor, the EVS Attendant is responsible for cleanliness of all property public areas both inside and outside the casino. Responsibilities include vacuuming, mopping, window washing, restroom cleaning, trash removal, office cleaning, back of house area cleaning, exterior cleaning of electronic games, re-stocking supply shelves, and completes other duties as assigned.

• Houseman - Tulsa (Housekeeping)

  The Houseman is responsible for handling a variety of tasks with Osage Casinos Hotel including responding to various In-Room Guest Service Calls while providing courteous and professional guest service. Transfers clean and dirty linens and trash to/from designated areas. Assists with stocking and maintaining all Hotel Supply Areas for operations and Guest Room Attendant Carts.

• Line Cook - Tulsa (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Under general supervision of the Sous Chef, maintains an efficient food operation by preparing, prepping hot and cold food items in accordance with production requirements, recipes and established safety policies and procedures.

• Casino Services Agent - Tulsa (Guest Services)

  Responsible for distributing money to gaming guests via check cashing, credit card advances, conversion of chips and coins, and gaming tickets into currency. Responsible for providing support and service to club members and other casino visitors to ensure maximum guest satisfaction. Responsible for promoting the success of the Club Osage, by assisting guests through the membership process, and explaining the benefits of membership and details of on-going promotions and events. Protects company assets while dealing with the public in an efficient and courteous manner

• Food and Beverage Supervisor - Thunder Bar & Grill - Tulsa (Food & Beverage)

  Under general supervision of the Food and Beverage Manager, manages day-to-day supervision of food and beverage operations which includes point of sale transactions, quality, guest satisfaction, and inventory of stock.

• Front Desk Supervisor - Tulsa (Guest Services)

  Under general supervision of the Front Desk Assistant Manager, oversees the activities of the front desk, valet/transportation and reservations for guests.

• Maintenance Technician - Tulsa (Engineering/Maintenance)

  This position is responsible for the overall maintenance, plumbing, and electrical components of the building and grounds.

• Financial Analyst (Finance/Accounting)

  This position is responsible for providing extensive information to operational leaders across the company in order to assist them in decision-making. Understands, researches, and analyzes electronic games, tables, financial statements, marketing efforts, labor, capital projects, and special projects as necessary. Promoting and maintaining the credibility of the department is always essential.

  Under the direct supervision of the Chef, assist the servers in serving food, filling drinks, cleaning tables and work spaces, and stocking work areas while maintaining a friendly professional manner.

• Bartender - Tulsa (Bartender/Mixologist)

  Under general supervision of the Beverage Supervisor, maintain the bar area. Provides excellent customer service in a timely manner. Prepare all drink orders, delivers and refills drink orders, and responds to quest questions and requests. Handle all payment transactions accurately.
