  Under the direct supervision of the Chef, assist the servers in serving food, filling drinks, cleaning tables and work spaces, and stocking work areas while maintaining a friendly professional manner.

• EVS Attendant - Tulsa (Housekeeping)

  Under direct supervision of the EVS Supervisor, the EVS Attendant is responsible for cleanliness of all property public areas both inside and outside the casino. Responsibilities include vacuuming, mopping, window washing, restroom cleaning, trash removal, office cleaning, back of house area cleaning, exterior cleaning of electronic games, re-stocking supply shelves, and completes other duties as assigned.

• Banquet Bartender - Tulsa (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Under general supervision of the Beverage Supervisor, maintain the bar area. Provides excellent customer service in a timely manner. Prepare all drink orders, delivers and refills drink orders, and responds to quest questions and requests. Handle all payment transactions accurately.

• Food Runner - Tulsa (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Responsible for the delivery of items from kitchen, storage rooms, coolers, and freezers.

• Banquet Houseman - Tulsa (Catering/Banquet)

  The Banquet Houseman physically assists with all functions of the Banquet Department to set up and breakdown for events.

• Banquet Server - Tulsa (Food & Beverage)

  A banquet server prepares the tables and banquet area before guests arrive, serving many different dishes and courses to guests during a meal, and clearing the tables and banquet area after the guests depart. You will report to the Banquets Manager.

Assists with stocking other items within the Hotel Supply Areas as needed. • Restaurant Host / Hostess - Tulsa (Food & Beverage)

  Under the supervision of the Food and Beverage Supervisor, the Restaurant Host greets guests, monitor’s restaurant server table seating rotation, seats guests with menus, silverware, drinks and special seating accommodations. The host is responsible for understanding and promoting monthly Casino promotions and daily restaurant specials to ensure that all guests have an enjoyable experience.

• Title 31 AML / Analyst (Finance/Accounting)

  Responsible for supporting and executing all activities of the Title31 /BSA/AML compliance program, including regulatory requirements under the Bank Secrecy Act, Office of the Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and the USA Patriot Act. This role supports ongoing monitoring, reporting, investigations, and compliance efforts to ensure effective and efficient operation of the AML compliance program, and Title 31 compliance program.

Support includes installation and testing of computer systems and peripherals within established standards and guidelines. Activities require interaction with application software and operating systems to diagnose and resolve problems. The position’s responsibilities require independent analyses, communication and problem solving. Work is performed with little supervision and requires initiative and judgment.

• Assistant Hotel Manager - Tulsa (Housekeeping)

  Under general supervision of the Property Hotel Managers, with technical direction from the Director of Hotel Operations, provides direction and leadership in the management, control, and operations of the Hotel. Responsible for the pre-opening and management of the hotel operations, and staff to ensure efficient and profitable operation. When needed will assist all/any Osage Hotel properties as dictated by Director of Hotel Operations.
