The Executive Center Concierge (Meeting Services Concierge) will serve Executive Meeting Center attendees in the same capacity as a hotel concierge does to hotel guests. The Concierge monitors guest and meeting planner satisfaction and constantly strives to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction. They are responsible for the day to day flow of operations of the Executive Meeting Center. This includes ensuring that rooms are set to specification, coffee breaks are set up and maintained and the business center is fully stocked during all open hours. This position is in the front line of guest satisfaction and includes significant guest contact.
Supervise restaurant operations in accordance with brand/hotel guest service and sustainability standards, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
Balance revenue and settle accounts nightly, maintain files, and reset the system for the next day of operations while performing Guest Service Agent tasks and duties.
Serve food and beverage to guests in a courteous and friendly manner in accordance with established brand/hotel guest service and sustainability standards.
Greet and assist visitors both in person and via the telephone and direct to the appropriate person in a hospitable manner. Assist with various administrative tasks to support the overall operation of the office. Complete accounts payable and accounting duties.
Responsible for the profitable development of revenue for Corporate Transient Sales by proactive sales efforts in retaining and developing existing customers and winning new clients within their assigned industry and geographical sectors.
