The primary responsibility of the Area Chief Engineer is the proactive upkeep of equipment and systems, proper and adequate repair of building and equipment, safe use of tools and other power equipment, effective troubleshooting of problems, support of guest and operational needs, and leadership of the engineering team. This is an area management role. The Area Chief Engineer will oversee the Tempo by Hilton Louisville, the Home2 Suites Downtown Nulu and the Hancock House, a 16-room guest house.
