• Sr Project Engineer / Sr Field Engineer-Construction (Development/Construction)

  The Senior Project Engineer / Senior Field Engineer is responsible for delivering construction projects with excellence by elevating field execution, technical coordination, and client experience to a senior level. This role ensures all work is installed safely, accurately, and efficiently, while consistently delivering a Five Star Experience through proactive communication, rigorous quality assurance, and solution-oriented leadership.

• Construction Manager (Development/Construction)

  The Construction Manager (PM) is responsible for managing construction and facilities project activities from planning through completion. This role is accountable for the successful execution of assigned projects, with a strong focus on commercial construction rather than residential construction. Strong general contractor experience is required, including the ability to understand, coordinate, and communicate effectively across trades; hospitality construction experience is preferred. The Construction Manager (PM) oversees the full project lifecycle, including project planning, budgeting, scheduling, vendor and subcontractor coordination, site oversight, quality control, and closeout. Responsibilities include projects within hospitality, food and beverage, and fuel station/travel center environments. The Construction Manager (PM) must demonstrate the confidence and capability to manage assigned work with minimal supervision, including knowledge of concrete work and related construction practices. • EVS Supervisor (Housekeeping)

  This position is responsible for supervising EVS program to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive conditions of the casino and other buildings owned or operated by the Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.   Under the director of the Vice-President of Finance Tribal Government, this position is responsible for directing and overseeing General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Operations, and Purchasing operations activities and initiatives. Responsible for establishing appropriate policies, procedures and controls of the Tribal Government to be consistent with General Accepted Accounting Principles, other regulatory/advisory organizations and the Tribal Minimal Internal Control Standards. • Casino Housekeeping - EVS Attendant (Housekeeping)

  This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and attractive appearance of the casino and other buildings owned and or operated by the Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians in a clean, orderly, and safe manner by performing the following duties according to standard operating procedures and training standards.   This position is responsible for mixing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to patrons of Spotlight 29 Casino and Tortoise Rock Casino bar, lounge and /or other locations by performing the following duties. • Valet Attendant (Transportation)

  This position is responsible for parking guests’ vehicles in a safe, and professional manner. At both Spotlight 29 Casino and Tortoise Rock Casino, valet attendants are expected to warmly greet all guests, including VIPs and Tribal members, upon arrival. • Tribal Gaming Commission Internal Auditor (Regulatory Compliance)

  This position is responsible for overseeing all areas of the Casino Operation to ensure compliance with federal, state, and tribal law and regulations. Makes recommendations to commence an investigation into any areas that are suspected of non-compliance. This position is of high sensitivity and integrity is of utmost importance.

• Corporal (Finance/Accounting)

  This position is responsible for supervising all as a unit or section. They are distinguished from the Public Safety Captain in that they are assigned overall responsibility for a division.  At times may be assigned as a division Corporal responsible for a division within the department.  Direct and coordinate operation activities and initiatives of all public safety forces.
