  Manages all the day-to-day operation activities and initiatives of the Slot Department to ensure all customers are given the proper customer service, sets the tone for the shift, trains department staff, ensures conformance of all slot machines and equipment to established standards.

• Lead Slot Attendant (Slots/Electronic Games)

  This position is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Slot Department to ensure all customers receive proper customer service, leading the shift in the absence of the Slot Supervisor, and ensuring all slot machines and equipment comply with established standards. • Kitchen Supervisor (Chefs/Kitchen)

  This position is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities and food preparations, kitchen, pantry, and storeroom personnel by performing the following duties. • Patrol Officer (Security)

  This position is responsible for protecting all Tribal owned properties against fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry by performing security functions. Officers will enforce Tribal, Federal, and State policies, ordinances, and laws. Will respond to a variety of calls for service to protect tribal members, patrons, and employees. • Kitchen Mechanic - Food Service Equipment Technician (Engineering/Maintenance)

  This position is responsible for performing maintenance service and repair on hot line kitchen equipment and cold line refrigeration systems. The Kitchen Mechanic works on commercial foodservice equipment including Hobart equipment, dish machines, combi ovens, Baxter ovens and participates in cross training program to lift skills and awareness.

• Red Falcon Lounge Supervisor (Food & Beverage)

  This position is responsible for coordinating food service activities of restaurant, motivating, and supervising Restaurant Staff, while maintaining outstanding guest relations.
