The primary responsibility of the Server - Banquets is to serve food and beverage as specified on the banquet event order (BEO) in a timely and friendly manner. The primary responsibility of the Cook II - Banquets is to ensure the proper preparation and cooking of all food items in a safe, timely, organized manner maintaining a high-quality standard. The primary responsibility of the Cook III is to ensure the proper preparation and cooking of all food items in a safe, timely, organized manner maintaining a high quality standard. The Senior Director of Finance is responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of the property. Provides leadership and coordinates Financial Accounting and Reporting, Revenue Audit, Cage and Credit Administration including count room, Payroll, Purchasing, Warehouse and Inventory Control functions of the gaming facility in accordance with Wind Creek's Purpose and Value System. Supports the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compliance, and operational financial performance of the property while partnering with operating departments to achieve company objectives
The primary responsibility of the Agent - Front Desk is to sell and assign rooms, register guests, render bills, receive cash and credit payments while providing unmatched guest services. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and the Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.
The primary responsibility of the Supervisor - Environmental Services is to supervise the day-to-day operations of the Public Areas and Casino. The primary responsibility of the Supervisor - Beverage is to manage the daily operations of the beverage outlets, Bartenders and Bar Porter staff during their assigned shift. Duties include but are not limited to supervising, delegating and working with service personnel to ensure high quality of beverage service, proper beverage and labor costs, and a safe, sanitary environment. Will be required to train and develop Bartenders and Bar Porter service staff. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.
The primary responsibility of the Agent III - Surveillance is to operate department surveillance equipment to observe, document and report all activities. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.
The primary responsibility of the Cook I – TM Dining (Cook I – Team Member Dining) is basic food preparation, cooking and storing to assist other culinary team members in preparation for service. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

Those who become certified and licensed are offered either Full or Part Time work based on business need.

The primary responsibility of the Experienced Casino Dealer – Table Games is to deal assigned table games while providing a superior gaming experience in a friendly environment. Assigned game must be dealt at the proper game pace and within all approved procedures including the proper paying and taking of wagers bet, in order to maximize company revenue. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.
The primary responsibility of the Dispatch - Valet Parking is to notify an Attendant - Valet when a customer vehicle needs to be retrieved and to execute the valet parking transaction with the customer. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.
The primary responsibility of the Attendant - Valet is to represent Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) to arriving and departing Valet Parking guests while parking and retrieving guest’s vehicles at the casino and hotel. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek policies, practices, and procedures.
