The primary responsibility of the Officer - Security is to provide for the safety and protection of guests, team members, and company property. Anticipates potential problems and seeks ways to prevent disruption, injuries, and prohibited conduct from occurring on company premises. Responds to emergency situations as requested and takes appropriate steps to rectify problems and at the same time minimize hotel liability. The primary responsibility of the Manager - Banquets is to execute banquet food and beverage events according to banquet event order specifications, adjust specifications as necessary and perform follow-up ensuring guest satisfaction. Position Purpose
The primary responsibility of the Dealer – Table Games (Entry Level/Non- Experienced) is to deal assigned table games while providing a superior gaming experience in a friendly environment. Assigned game must be dealt at the proper game pace and within all approved procedures including the proper paying and taking of wagers bet, in order to maximize company revenue. The primary responsibility of the Host - Chop House is to greet and seat guests in an efficient and friendly manner. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem policies, practices, and procedures.
The primary responsibility of the Agent - Surveillance is to operate department surveillance equipment to observe, document and report all activities. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.
The primary responsibility of the Server - Banquets is to serve food and beverage as specified on the banquet event order (BEO) in a timely and friendly manner. The primary responsibility of the Attendant - Valet is to represent Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) to arriving and departing Valet Parking guests while parking and retrieving guest’s vehicles at the casino and hotel. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek policies, practices, and procedures.
The Compliance Officer is responsible for serving as the Corporate Compliance Department’s on-site representative to ensure the Property’s compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, particularly with respect to gaming. The Compliance Officer works closely with the Property’s General Manager and assists Property management with the development and maintenance of appropriate internal controls and any necessary policies or procedures to mitigate regulatory risk. This position serves as the Property’s liaison to the state gaming regulatory agency.
The primary responsibility of the Auditor - Revenue is to thoroughly and accurately complete the daily audits of all gaming revenues, non-gaming and other related activities. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.
The primary responsibility of the Accountant - Revenue is to prepare and/or review, and analyze the daily journal entries of all gaming revenues as well as maintain the Non-Gaming point of sale system and cash controls related to all Non-Gaming revenue generating outlets and other related activities. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.
