Under the direction of the Senior Hotel Operations Manager, the Hotel Front Desk Manager is responsible for directing and administering Front Desk operations in the Hotel's continuing effort to deliver Best in Class guest service and financial profitability through the managing of all daily Front Desk operations. The Hotel Front Desk Manager is responsible for upholding the highest of guest service standards, and consistently delivering results that contribute to the overall success of the Hotel. Responsibilities include consistently improving business revenues, improving business effectiveness and efficiencies, and improving the value of the Hotel’s products and services to its guests and clients. The Hotel Front Desk Manager takes on the leadership responsibility of guiding and mentoring Front Desk team members, and assisting with escalated Department and guest concerns. Areas of focus for the Hotel Front Desk Manager include Productivity, Customer and Client Relations, Professionalism, Revenue Management, Financial Management, People Management, Leadership, Quality Management, Communication, and Safety and Security.
Under the direction of the Guest Services Floor Supervisor, the Guest Services Senior Representative is responsible for providing Best in Class service at every opportunity while assisting the needs of the guest in a variety of areas, dependent upon assigned schedule. Responsibilities include promoting and encouraging Club Card membership by enrolling guests, maintaining account information, reprinting club cards, Guest Services redemption booths, greetings, Bus Counter oversight, crowd control, special events, applying free play, coupons, meal vouchers and match play. The Guest Services Senior Representatives are also responsible for reporting any illegal activity discovered i.e. pan handling, Title 31 violations, compulsive gambling concerns, medical emergencies and health and safety issues.
Under the direction of the Table Games Shift Manager, the Dual Rate Employee will be working some shifts as a Table Games Dealer and other shifts as a Table Games Floor Supervisor. The Table Games Dealer is responsible for dealing a variety of casino table games in strict accordance with the rules of the respective games and the Table Games Department policies and procedures. The Table Games Floor Supervisor is responsible for supervising the activity of all table games, ensuring the gaming activity and dealing procedures comply with Table Games Department policies and procedures. The Table Games Floor Supervisor monitors and supports team members assigned to their areas, and additionally may conduct a variety of casino games; providing prompt and courteous service to all gaming patrons.
Under the direction of the VIP Services Management, the VIP Services Concierge will consistently elevate guest satisfaction by delivering exquisite service and creating memorable experiences for our high limit players at every opportunity. In this role, the successful individual will design and execute experiences pertaining to dining, hotel, entertainment, transportation, and special event reservations. The VIP Services Concierge will service the high-limit gaming areas by offering exclusive amenities, coordinating with hosts and servers to anticipate guest requests, and extend appreciation for guest loyalty through personalized service.
The Lead Cook will direct, assist, train and re-train cooks in the preparation of food/food orders, as well as control production levels, proper recipe following and sanitation.
The Busser is responsible for maintaining the appearance of their assigned work area and station by cleaning, stocking and organizing. Bussers are also responsible for delivering and expediting food orders and condiments to guests in various food venues as necessary.
The Expediter is responsible for all orders received into the kitchen to ensure they are processed in a timely manner, and in the order in which they were received. The Promotions/Special Events Manager’s reports directly to the Director of Promotions and Special Events, and the range of responsibilities will include creation, preparation, operations and analysis of all promotions and special events. The Promotions and Special Events Manager will be responsible for the management of the in-house Promotions staff as well as contracted staff.

The Beverage Control Clerk plays a key role in ordering, maintaining, stocking, tracking and adjusting all F&B related inventory at various Yaamava’ Resort & Casino venues while performing maintenance on all bar equipment and systems.
The Retail Merchandise Specialist oversees the execution and maintenance of all visual merchandising standards and processes across the San Manuel Enterprise. The Retail Merchandise Specialist is responsible for creating visually appealing locations by using their creativity to enhance the aesthetic appeal of window displays, walkways, fixture placement, counters and in-store displays. The Retail Merchandise Specialist utilizes a detailed eye and robust styling skills to present a visually appealing environment. Additionally, they are responsible for ensuring a clean and safe environment for all patrons, team members and vendors, while safeguarding enterprise assets and guaranteeing departmental integrity.
SUMMARYThe Prep Cook will assist the Junior Chef in the preparation of dim sum Chinese BBQ and wok station food, food orders as well as control production levels, to make sure recipes are properly followed. The Prep Cook will specialize in one or two types of authentic Asian cuisine food preparation and assure that all specialty food is of quality and is done in a timely and sanitary manner. The Prep Cook will assist the Junior Chef with preparation of weekly work schedules and daily break schedule for the Asian kitchen. Preference for specialty food including Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean and Japanese food as well as wok dim sum experience.
Under the direction of the Food & Beverage Supervisor, the Cashier is responsible for taking customer food orders, collecting payments and making change for customers and employees. The Cashier is also responsible for balancing opening and closing banks at the beginning and end of each shift.

Under the direction of the Audit Supervisor, the Senior Audit Data Specialist will support the Accounting department by ensuring accuracy maintaining, organizing, and preparing documents for filing and storage, and inputting data in several systems and spreadsheets. The Senior Audit Data Specialist will oversee all aspects of the filing of documents and archival history of documents in storage. In addition, the Senior Audit Data Specialist will prepare documents for audit by the Gaming Commission and outside auditors, while maintaining the confidentiality of company information. The position requires a working knowledge of computers, MS Office Suite, various programs, and a basic understanding of the reconciliation process.
Under the direction of the Food & Beverage Supervisor, the Turquoise Premier Model (TPM) is responsible for elevating food and beverage hospitality and service up to the Yaamava’ Brand Standards, primarily in the premier venues. The Turquoise Premier Model provides timely, accurate and responsible cocktail service and complimentary soft drink service to all Yaamava’ guests. While adhering to the Yaamava’ Brand Standards, the TPM provides upscale food and beverage service in the premier rooms, Y-Lounge, banquets, special events, and other Casino areas of operation as assigned.

This position guides approved interactive graphic design solutions from conception to completion of the finished product. In addition, the Interactive Graphic Designer oversees the design and production of art and copy layouts for material to be presented by other visual communication media.
Under the direction of the Vice President of Property Marketing, the Director of Property Marketing will oversee the direction and execution of property advertising, media strategies, PR, social media, and media analytics in coordination with Marketing Shared Services. This position will also oversee Multimedia and digital content creation for the property. Direct reports include Property Marketing Manager and Multimedia Manager.
Under the direction of the Floral Manager, the Lead Gardener, Horticulture & Floral oversees floral designs, assigns duties, and manages work flow in the floral department. The individual selected for this role is responsible for overseeing all interior plants and living wall on property, in addition to the upkeep of outdoor gardens and plants, in addition to leading a talented design team. The Lead Gardener provides creative and artistic guidance on projects to ensure consistent maintenance and floral beautification throughout the property by maintaining, watering, pruning, and dusting synthetic plants. Responsible for working on assignments independently if required. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, procedures, and guidelines. Under the direction of the Housekeeping Supervisor, the Room Attendant is responsible for providing cleaning service for all vacant and occupied rooms. Responsible to provide and maintain 5-Star, 5- Diamond rating experience according to our Forbes standards. The Room Attendant also collaborates, initiates, and supports opportunities with other functions by championing the goals and priorities of the Tribe in a manner that faithfully reflects and upholds the Tribes vision, mission and values.
Under the guidance of the Pool & Water Features Supervisor, the Pool Technician is responsible for ensuring the water in designated property areas is clean and safe for guests. The Pool Technician services and maintains swimming pools, fountains, spas, and hot tubs. The Pool Technician performs installations, and provides pool maintenance services including cleaning, filtering and purification. Additionally, the Pool Technician maintains the pools’ surrounding areas to be clean and orderly, while ensuring all pool safety rules and regulations are upheld.
Reporting to the Cage Operations Supervisor, the Cage Operations Technician performs preventative maintenance and is responsible for troubleshooting on multi-functional kiosks, ATM machines, currency counters, bank issues, money carts, cabinets and other various equipment.
Under the direction of the Director of Housekeeping, the Housekeeping Training Specialist is responsible for the administration, coordination, and execution of training for Housekeeping. The Housekeeping Training Specialist conducts new hire hands-on training for front line team members as well as other assigned trainings for all levels of team members. This position ensures existing team members are up-to-date on guidelines, policies, procedures, Standard Operating Guidelines, work methods, and new product training. The Housekeeping Training Specialist also works with the Hotel Safety Specialist to train all aspects of health and safety compliance, as well as how to achieve a high level of customer service to maintain best in class service according to brand standards.
Under the direction of the Food & Beverage Supervisor, the Bar Back provides assistance to Bartenders which enables them to focus on providing premier guest service to patrons. By partnering with team members in operational processes, and helping to greet patrons and keep the bars clean and stocked, the Bar Back allows Bartenders and Cocktail Servers to operate more efficiently in their respective roles.
Under the direction of the Supervisor, Audio Visual, VIBE, the Audio Visual (A/V) Technician, VIBE provides in-depth technical programming and support for atmospheric based audio visual (A/V) systems. The A/V Technician, Vibe provides necessary training and continuous operational support while managing the day to day requests of the VIBE team. This position will be responsible for executing the direction of the VIBE Supervisor in the programming of atmospheric initiatives including the rotational sports programming of The 909. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Supervisor, the Food & Beverage Attendant provides an exceptional guest experience while holding responsibility for ensuring an efficient flow of service within the buffet. This position serves as a team player while greeting guests, coordinates seating needs, maintaining cleanliness of assigned areas, as well as supporting the culinary team on the buffet line. The buffet attendant presents themselves professionally with an approachable and accommodating demeanor to both guests and team members at all times and ensures a a consistent Best in Class experience in alignment with the goals and priorities of the Tribe.
Under the direction of the Slot Technical Supervisor, the Slot Parts Controller provides administrative and technical support to the Slot Department. The Slot Parts Controller establishes and maintains positive relationships with slot machine and gaming vendors while managing inventory and service calls efficiently and effectively for Department needs.
Under the direction of the Box Office Manager, the Box Office Ticket Representative holds responsibility for the complete ticketing process inclusive of selling, issuing, and receipt of tickets during events within the Yaamava’ Theater at Yaamava’ Resort and Casino. This position ensures an exceptional guest experience at all times while serving as a resource and a first point of contact for all events. The Box Office Ticket Representative maintains a friendly and professional demeanor while providing assistance as needed for all ticketing functions, inclusive of answering questions, handling guest complaints and resolving issues that arise.
Under the direction of the Direct Marketing Supervisor, the Direct Marketing Specialist is responsible for generating revenue via focusing on the high-level players that are in the Player Development and VIP segments using multiple channels like direct mail and email. This position shall optimize campaign effectiveness by tracking and analyzing direct marketing programs. The incumbent also performs research and analysis-finding opportunities to grow our database.
Under the direction of the Promotions and Special Events Manager, the Promotions/Special Events Coordinator is responsible for assisting with developing, creating, and executing promotions and events for Yaamava’ Resort & Casino held both on and off-site. The Promotions/Special Events Coordinator is responsible for making operational decisions during events, monitoring the budget, and analyzing the overall success or failure of said events. It is critical that this person has the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, has a creative vision, and is organized.
Under the direction of Transportation Management, the Traffic Control Specialist is responsible for directing vehicle and pedestrian traffic and transporting passengers via non-commercial vehicles. The Traffic Control Specialist is also responsible for assisting leadership with the day-to-day shift operations of the Transportation department to ensure seamless best in class service.
Under the direction of the VIP Services Director, the VIP Services Shift Manager is responsible for the overall supervision of the department’s frontline staff and their responsibilities pertaining to exceptional guest service, hotel and restaurant reservations, support for the Player Development staff, and reaching and/or exceeding Department goals. The VIP Services Shift Manager oversees the training of Supervisors, as well as provides constant feedback, consultation and guidance to Supervisors to ensure efficiency and productivity. They also assist and direct Supervisors in the overall operation of the department including, planning and monitoring of all VIP Services activities that compliment enterprise goals while driving exceptional service standards.

The Drop & Count Staff opens and sorts the contents of the table games, CDU, ATM and gaming machine drop boxes, which consists of counting currency and chips removed from the drop boxes and recording and accounting for the currency and chips. The Title 31 Analyst requires a high-level of autonomy to complete tasks and independently analyze tracking logs for compliance including, but not limited to investigating and correcting errors and omissions from the tracking logs. The Title 31 Analyst partners with department management enterprise-wide by using independent judgment and makes recommendations via reports to ensure any breaches are properly addressed in the internal controls as it concerns the tracking of Casino patrons under the BSA.
