• Grille House Bartender (Bartender/Mixologist)

  Responsible for the beverage service to Guests, Cocktailers and/or Food Servers in an assigned outlet ensuring efficient and prompt service for guests. 

• Bar Back - Silver Sevens Casino (Food & Beverage)

  Responsible for supplying required supplies to bar and beverage stations and maintaining cleanliness of all beverage areas in accordance with Grand Casino’s high standards of guest service.

• Host - Grille House (Food & Beverage)

  Responsible for handling Guest check transactions, food running, bussing, host interactions in a prompt and courteous manner and in accordance with Grand Casino’s service and cash handling standards. As Grand Casino’s Food and Beverage Ambassador, you may be working directly with our Guests to ensure a positive experience at all touch points.

• Line Cook - Events (Catering/Banquet)

  Responsible for the preparation of all foods during an assigned shift, in accordance with Grand Casino’s specifications and standards.

• Line Cook - Eddys (Food & Beverage)

  Responsible for the preparation of all foods during an assigned shift, in accordance with Grand Casino’s specifications and standards.

• Hotel Laundry House Person (Housekeeping)

  As the Hotel Laundry House Person for Grand Casinos, you will be instrumental in maintaining an exceptional standard of cleanliness throughout the Hotel. Your responsibilities will include managing and cleaning linen, restocking supplies, assisting in cleaning guest rooms as needed, and ensuring the cleanliness of common areas on the hotel floors.

• Room Attendant (Housekeeping)

  As the Hotel Room Attendant for Grand Casinos, you will be responsible for achieving and maintaining an exceptional standard of cleanliness throughout the Guest rooms of the Hotel. Your responsibilities will include managing linen, restocking supplies, and ensuring the cleanliness of common areas on the hotel floors.

• B3 Bartender (Bartender/Mixologist)

  Responsible for the beverage service to Guests, Cocktailers and/or Food Servers in an assigned outlet ensuring efficient and prompt service for guests.

• Banquet Server / Setup-Teardown (Catering/Banquet)

  Responsible for the set-up and breakdown of all meetings and Banquet/Event functions, including service equipment. This includes the actual arrangement of all tables, chairs, risers, podiums, dance floors, pianos, and any other non-food service items. Also, direct involvement with the cleaning and maintenance of event equipment and designated convention services.

• Production Kitchen Baker (Chefs/Kitchen)

  As the Line Cook, you will be responsible for the preparation of all foods during an assigned shift, in accordance with Grand Casino’s specifications and standards.

• Production Kitchen Sous Chef (Chefs/Kitchen)

  As the Line Cook, you will be responsible for the preparation of all foods during an assigned shift, in accordance with Grand Casino’s specifications and standards.

• Dishwasher / Prep Cook - 1991 (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Responsible for the preparation of all foods during an assigned shift, washing dishes as needed and team player with sanitation needs, food production according to specifications and in accordance with Grand Casino’s specifications and standards.
