  The Chef de Partie is responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen at the Grand Hyatt Grand Cayman, ensuring all food is prepared and plated to the highest 5-star standards. This role supports the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in delivering consistent, high-quality dishes while mentoring junior cooks and maintaining a smooth, efficient station.

  The Pastry Chef de Partie is responsible for overseeing the pastry, bakery and dessert station at the Grand Hyatt Grand Cayman, ensuring all items are prepared and plated according to the highest 5-star standards. This role supports the Pastry Sous Chef and Pastry Chef in creating a consistent, high-quality product, while mentoring junior team members and maintaining a smooth and efficient pastry operation. 

• Spa Manager (Spa)

  The Spa Operations Manager supports the Spa Director in planning and overseeing the two core functions of the spa—guest services and facility operations—to ensure the delivery of exceptional experiences for guests, team members, and ownership. The Spa Operations Manager is directly responsible for the daily operations of the spa, managing the Spa Front Desk and Spa Attendant/Cleaning teams, and plays an essential role in upholding service excellence, maintaining brand standards, and meeting or exceeding financial goals.

• Esthetician/Beauty Therapist (Spa)
