A Guest Services Agent is responsible for greeting and registering guests and checking guests out of the hotel in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
As the Front Desk Manager, you will assist the General Manager in leading the guest service team and managing the daily operations of the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. JOB OVERVIEW: As an Operations Supervisor, you would be responsible for assisting the General Manager in overseeing the daily hotel operations and the hotel's effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. This will be accomplished by focusing on service, staffing, and training with the absolute goal of ensuring that our team members deliver outstanding guest service and create a positive guest experience.
To maintain the safety, security, and cleanliness of the hotel during the overnight shift.
The Breakfast Attendant plays a key role in the overall success and reputation of our hotel by creating a welcoming breakfast experience that set our guests up for the day ahead. This role is responsible for ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience each morning of their stay. The impression he/she makes upon the guest must be professional, service oriented, and lasting. It is therefore imperative that this team member provide all guests with courteous and efficient service, to maximize guest satisfaction and insure their return.
