A successful candidate for a breakfast attendant is someone who has impeccable people skills, who is attentive and is motivated. The responsibilities of this position include preparing food, serving, and cleaning up after service. Additionally, the attendant must ensure that the buffet is stocked at all times with fresh food. A breakfast attendant must also remain poised as they communicate with guests and their families.
A Guest Services Agent is responsible for greeting and registering guests and checking guests out of the hotel in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Responsible for keeping the hotel maintained and fixing any errors that are needed. This can include putting in new carpets in guest rooms, repairing holes in walls, changing settings on cooling and heating equipment, putting new lighting in the hotel's outdoor lamps and performing general cleaning tasks inside and outside the hotel's building. Other hotel maintenance duties and responsibilities include repainting walls, fixing broken furniture, fixing minor electrical issues and making faucets stop leaking. You can expect physically demanding work that includes using tools and equipment and moving around much of the day, including having to climb ladders, lift heavy items and crawl in tight spaces when necessary.
This individual will be a versatile “plug-and-play” utility player that will assist as needed in any area of the hotel at the discretion of the General Manager. Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the hotel’s business and staffing needs is a must. This role is the on-site representative for the direct sales and marketing efforts of the hotel and works closely with the General Manager, the Area Director of Sales and Marketing, the Area Director of Revenue Strategy, and the property leadership team to manage all types of accounts/guests (Groups, Catering, or Business Transient) to achieve guest satisfaction and solicit new and past business to ensure revenue goals are met or exceeded. Approximately 60% of the time for this role will be dedicated to sales functions while 40% of the time will be dedicated to operations functions.
