The Assistant General Manager shall always strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests. They will be responsible to assist in providing leadership, guidance and support to the restaurant in the areas of guest service, training, scheduling and performance management for the overall success of the restaurant operations.
Sous Chef (Independent Restaurant)
Hanks Seafood Restaurant is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to work in a classic Charleston Fish House with an old fashioned saloon-style bar and an exhibition raw bar. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for culinary excellence and a keen eye for detail. The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef in providing exceptional food quality and presentation.
