The opening and expansion of luxury boutique Forty Five Ten, across from The Joule, further articulated the Company’s efforts in the Main Street District as it continues to activate retail, special events, and day and evening dining and entertainment. That Dallas expansion will soon be joined by a new, 16,000-sq. ft. Forty Five Ten storefront at Hudson Yards in New York City, slated to open in March 2019. Headington Companies’ acquisition of Forty Five Ten in 2014 and most recently Tenoversix in 2018, represents its deep commitment to creating truly unique retail, restaurant and cultural experiences in both local and expansion markets.
