This position is responsible for the caring for and maintiaining of the resort grounds including basic landscape and general cleanliness, to ensure an attractive, clean appearance of the resort. Conduct general labor including the transport of tools, materials, and supplies. The removal and reinstallation of trash dumpsters and the removal of dust, dirt, grease, and waste material from surfaces. Use proper equipment to blow, pressure wash, collect trash, set pavers, dig holes, ditches, and trenches. Keep accurate records of maintenance work. Provides excellent service to guests and owners during their stay, being proactive and responsive to guests' concerns and inquiries.
