The primary job function of the Workday Security Analyst is responsible for establishing and maintaining end user access to security related systems with the overall goal of enforcing the company's policy and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of the company's information. Deep knowledge of Workday security configuration preferred to recommend, streamline, and simplify security roles and groups. Troubleshoot and analyze Workday security issues with HR and Operational teams which may require functional skills in Workday business process and reporting to identify and resolve issues or access. Document all security processes as needed including any security changes and enhancements. Create, configure, test and maintain all types of Workday security groups Update security groups: business process and domain security policies as needed Execute WD Security role assignment, audits, analyze results and address any issue

The Marketing Manager is responsible for the day to day, hands-on management and execution of eCommerce marketing tactics, strategies, and promotions for a select group of branded hotels within the HHM Hotels Portfolio.
Provide technical support via remote control, telephone, and desk-side. Manage incoming technical issues and service requests via our ticketing system. Contribute to technical knowledge base, mentor and train IT support associates, and work with department managers to support projects and operational needs.
Complete, file and ensure timely, accurate and appropriate payments are made in relation to the sales, use and occupancy taxes for the managed properties and HHMLP.
Manage and direct the accounting activities of the decentralized properties with the main objective of preparing timely and accurate accounting records and financial statements for the managed properties in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and established standards. Onboard new hotels and managers to HHM’s accounting functions and perform special projects for the Accounting management team.
Process payroll to ensure timely and accurate compensation payments are made to associates at the managed properties and HHMLP.
