This position is primarily responsible for planning, detailing, and coordinating catering events, ensuring seamless execution from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up. This role requires direct communication with clients across various market segments and close collaboration with on-property and remote sales representatives to ensure every event is executed flawlessly.
