The Cook will prepare, season, and cook dishes such as soups, meats, vegetables, or desserts for the hotel.
The Executive Meeting Manager is responsible for discussing and coordinating all details of an event with the client and communicates this information through respective hotel department heads after the sales contract has been signed. S/he also will ensure that any catering related goals and groups with their needs are coordinated. Solicitation, selling and contracting rooms for assigned market in coordination with transient demand patterns and existing group business to maximize hotel room and related revenue. Outside and inside sales solicitation to grow new group business.
The Front Desk Clerk is responsible for assisting guests with check-in and check-out, answers and processes all phone calls received, plus handles all special requests for services or information, in accordance with standard policies and procedures.
The Front Desk Night Clerk will serve as ambassador to the hotel handling all check-in and check-outs, answering incoming calls while upholding Guest Service Standards. Functions will also include nightly accounting and working as a "Runner" for housekeeping needs during the midnight shift. He/She will compute, classify, and record numerical data to keep financial records complete. The Front Desk Night Clerk will perform any combination of routine calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining accounting records. This position may also check the accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings pertaining to business transactions recorded by other workers.
The Utility position will complete special cleaning projects as assigned, following Hotel specifications and standards. This position will clean and maintain equipment in Dishwashing/ Kitchen/ Cafeteria/ Compactor/ Storage areas. He/she will also assist in other stewarding functions as assigned.
The Valet Person will drive, park and retrieve guest and visitor vehicles as they arrive and depart from the hotel, courteously, safely and efficiently according to the hotel's standards.
