• Cafe - Bartender (Bartender/Mixologist)

  The Bartender is responsible for ensuring a fun and entertaining visit for customers in the Café and Bar, providing a warm and inviting welcome experience and a superlative food and beverage experience. 

• Housekeeping / Room Attendant (Housekeeping)

  The Room Attendant is responsible one of the most important tasks in the hotel: ensuring that each guest experiences clean accommodations and facilities, making sure that all traces of previous guests are removed, and that everything is working.

• Kitchen - Line Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Line Cook will efficiently prepare and cook food according to menu specifications.

• Kitchen - Dishwasher / Utility (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Dishwasher plays a critical role in the experience of food and beverage patrons, by ensuring sparkling china, glass, and silverware for patrons. He or she also plays a huge role in achieving budgeted profitability by protecting the inventory of china, glass, and silver.

• Kitchen - Sous Chef (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Sous Chef is responsible for all aspects of the kitchen such as menu plans, operations, recipes, financial responsibility, portion and inventory control, food quality, and employee supervision.

• Maintenance - Night Houseperson (Engineering/Maintenance)

  The Houseperson will have the opportunity to directly impact the impression developed by all guests by making sure the hotel is cleaned and maintained overnight with inviting public areas and attractive grounds, taking pride in the portrayal of the hotel’s overall appearance. The Houseperson will also set up meeting rooms for the coming day’s events.
