Effectively lead and control housekeeping operations and staff, ensuring hotel rooms and public spaces are clean and well maintained in accordance with brand and/or HHM operations and financial standards. Create a work environment whereby housekeeping staff feels genuinely valued and appreciated for their efforts that are critical to creating an overall positive experience for the guests.
Safely transport guests between the hotel and various locations, providing courteous and timely service. Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of the vehicle while ensuring a positive and comfortable experience for guests.
Verify, obtain approvals and pay invoices; bill and collect outstanding revenue in a timely, accurate manner in accordance with accounting policies and procedures.
Assist in overseeing front office operations to include supervising front office personal in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards.
