  We are hiring an Assistant General Manager at our BRAND NEW Hotel, The Hilton Mayo Clinic - Jacksonville, FL.

• Director of Finance (Finance/Accounting)

  We are recruiting for a Director of Finance who has a background in a full-service hotel environment with multiple Food and Beverage outlets. We are seeking candidates who have had hotel accounting leadership responsibilities and who can provide meaningful and timely information on the status of the hotel's performance

• Catering Sales Manager (Sales & Marketing)

  This role focuses on selling and managing social and corporate catering events, including guest rooms, with a 50/50 split between corporate group bookings and social events. The Catering Sales Manager must work a flexible schedule, including weekends, to oversee event execution. During peak seasons, the schedule may shift to Tuesday–Saturday. Key responsibilities include selling guest rooms, banquet food & beverage, upselling contracted groups, and maximizing hotel revenue.

• Food & Beverage Director - NEW HOTEL (Food & Beverage)

  We are hiring an F&B Director at our new Hilton Jacksonville Mayo Clinic. Ideally located on Mayo Clinic campus in Jacksonville, Florida, this 252 room Hilton Jacksonville Mayo Clinic Hotel, offers high-end hotel accommodation to further enhance patients’ experience when traveling to the campus for care. Included in this property is our new restaurant bar "Coastal Kitchen" in addition to a small market, that will feature barista-made coffee.
