To solicit and respond to companies, organizations and individuals to contract private dining events in hotel restaurants. Coordinates the prompt, courteous and efficient fulfilment of these events to satisfy the customer's needs and maximize the hotel's profits.
A Restaurant General Manager is responsible for directing and administering the activities and services of a designated restaurant(s) in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Processes group reservation information including rooming lists, suites, resumes and billing requirements. Communicates and verifies information between Meeting Planners, Housing Bureaus, Meetings and Conventions and Front Office. Processes reservation request calls as appropriate.
A Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for leading, training and supervising Room Attendants and Housepersons in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Responsible for daily room assignment for VIP's and all other special requests. Assists Front Desk with daily operations.
A Security Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the daily supervision and training of Security Officers/Guards to ensure the safety of guests and team members and the security of the hotel and property in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
