• Manager, Engineering – India (Engineering/Maintenance)

  The Manager, Engineering – India reports to the Senior Director, Engineering and is part of the Architecture, Design & Construction (AD&C) team in India who collectively makes key strategic decisions for Managed and Franchised development projects for all brands. You are responsible for providing MEP & FLS  (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire & Life Safety) engineering support from project inception to hotel opening. You will cover the India region and be responsible for focus-service, full-service, lifestyle, and luxury hotel projects across all Hilton brands.

• Director, Projects & Design - India (Development/Construction)

  The Director, Projects & Design – India reports to the Senior Director, Projects & Design and is responsible for the management of project stakeholders, project timeline, design process, and the successful opening/conversion/renovation of the hotel project. As the point of contact between Owners, and internal and external partners, you are a conduit of information, collaborator, and facilitator between Hilton and Ownership.

• HWS Group Sales Support - Asia Pacific (Sales & Marketing)

  The HWS Group Sales Support - Asia Pacific (APAC) leads for the organization. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to nurturing leads through the sales pipeline, increase multi-hotel demand, drive revenue and collaborating with sales teams and hotels to ensure the conversion of leads. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, organizational and communication skills, with a proven track record in sales lead management. The tasks may also include assisting in creating SOP documents, setting up processes, maintaining data and reports, maintenance of HWS information in the various portals and liaising with stakeholders both internal and external (if required). You may also be assigned to a specific division within the HWS office and as such will then be responsible for other specific tasks that might be as and when required.

• Manager, Development – India (Sales & Marketing)

  The Manager, Development – India will work with the Senior Director, Development – India to provide a point of leverage in development deal administration/management and assist the efficiency and productivity of the Deal Team (i.e., Directors & Senior Director) in the pursuit of the strategic objective of the company to “expand our global footprint” in the development of hotels that carry our brands.
