This position is responsible for keeping equipment and all hotel areas in good repair and regularly maintaining them with minimum downtime to provide a clean, safe, and well-maintained hotel for guests while maintaining regulatory compliance. Performs minor to journeyman level repairs and maintenance, including but not limited to repairing and maintaining all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, ballrooms, function/meeting rooms, kitchens, restaurants, executive offices, back-of-house, roofs, parking, plumbing, air conditioning and, electrical and mechanical rooms. Responds to and complete guest calls in a timely manner.
