• Stockperson (Food Service)

  The Stockperson is responsible for physical and clerical tasks associated with shipment and reception of supplies and finished products. Duties include verifying shipping records and correct packaging and labeling; unpacking received goods, checking for damage and accuracy of shipment, and working with materials transport companies; performing all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management. This position is non-exempt and typically reports to the Warehouse Manager or General Manager, depending on local requirements.

• Human Resources Generalist (Human Resources)

  The Field HR Generalist is responsible for supporting efforts to effectively administer HR policies and procedures in a branch or multiple branches. The position bridges the gap between strategic and tactical HR functions, initiatives, and processes. This pivotal role uses judgment and discretion to provide problem solving advice and counsel to the DO/SrDO, operations management, and branch staff, or to escalate HR issues as required. Ensures all administrative processes and procedures are carried out. The Generalist typically leads branch or area level projects, and may serve as a team member on regional HR projects. The Generalist may assist with developing policies and procedures unique to the branch, and shares best practices with Generalists at other branches. This is an exempt position and reports to the HR Manager or Regional HR Director, depending on local requirement.

• Utility - Food & Beverage (Food & Beverage)

  The Utility associate is responsible for various services to include but not limited to cleaning equipment, floors, workstations, utensils, pots and pans using specific chemicals to ensure sanitary standards; checking ice levels, keg beers, bib sodas and Co2 containers and replace if necessary; loading and unloading supply trucks; performing all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management. This is a non- exempt position.

• Manager (Food & Beverage)

  The purpose of the Manager I (MGRI) position is to assist Branch management in tactically executing QSR or similar restaurant management operations. The MGRI ensures the restaurant is clean, ready for business, staffed, and operates to high operational standards. The MGRI uses prescribed policies and procedures to make management decisions.

• Maintenance (Engineering/Maintenance)

  The Maintenance associate is responsible for performing general maintenance and repair for the location; ensuring that the location meets local-state- federal laws and regulations; maintaining control over the approved maintenance budget; performs all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management. This is a non-exempt position and typically reports to the General Manager or Assistant General Manager, depending on local requirements.

• Crew Member (Food Service)

  The Crew Member is responsible for performing a variety of duties within a fast food establishment which may include cleaning the food or stock areas, operating fryers & microwaves, manning food preparation production line, assisting in the kitchen area, and maintaining inventory; performs all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management. This is a non-exempt position.
