The Breakfast Attendant sets up the dining area for daily meals. Ensures side work is complete prior to meal service and prior to leaving for the day. Prepares deli items, salad bar, and other items as designated by supervisor, following approved recipes. Ensures food is of proper quality. Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of all work surface areas, food service areas, coolers, tables, counters, chairs, and floor. Follows the "clean as you always go” policy. Monitors associate food use and tallies meals consumed.
The ultimate mission of the hospitality Engineering team will be to ensure our guests’ satisfaction by exceeding their expectations. The position is primarily responsible for maintaining the building, grounds, and mechanical equipment with particular attention towards safety and security. In addition, the role is accountable for performing maintenance tasks daily that are critical to providing an exceptional stay to each and every guest.
The Front Desk Clerk is responsible for assisting guests with check-in and check-out, answers and processes all phone calls received, plus handles all special requests for services or information, in accordance with standard policies and procedures.
The Front Office Manager is responsible for the successful operation and administration of all front office departments to include: front desk, bell/door, concierge (if applicable). The Front Office Manager must ensure that the department is continually balanced while focusing on providing an exceptional experience to every guest and maximizing department profitability at the same time. The Front Office Manager is responsible for ensuring that all front office operations are carried out professionally, to standards and at the highest level of service. The Front Office Manager will achieve desired outcomes by planning, implementing and controlling effective departmental strategies that drive results and through the creation, development and maintenance of a competent, motivated and empowered front office staff. The Front Office Manager will effectively lead, train, coach, motivate, engage and provide feedback to the front office staff, supervisors and managers on a daily basis. The Front Office Manager will serve as the front office liaison to all other hotel departments.
The Housekeeper will perform any combination of cleaning duties to maintain the cleanliness of guest's rooms in an orderly manner. Duties may include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, and vacuuming.
The Housekeeping Aide cleans and maintains all corridors, vending areas, elevators and landings and service areas on guest room floors, ensuring hotel's standards of cleanliness. He/she will provide linen supplies for Room Attendants and stock floor closets. He/she delivers and retrieves items requested by guests and Floor Supervisor.
The Front Desk Night Clerk will serve as ambassador to the hotel handling all check-in and check-outs, answering incoming calls while upholding Guest Service Standards. Functions will also include nightly accounting and working as a "Runner" for housekeeping needs during the midnight shift. He/She will compute, classify, and record numerical data to keep financial records complete. The Front Desk Night Clerk will perform any combination of routine calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining accounting records. This position may also check the accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings pertaining to business transactions recorded by other workers.
The Valet Person will drive, park and retrieve guest and visitor vehicles as they arrive and depart from the hotel, courteously, safely and efficiently according to the hotel's standards.
