• Hotel / Resort Facilities Maintenance - Kitchen Mechanic (Engineering/Maintenance)

A kitchen mechanic, also known as a kitchen equipment technician, is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various kitchen equipment and appliances in commercial kitchens. They ensure that all kitchen equipment is functioning properly, minimizing downtime, and ensuring smooth operation in the kitchen.

• Sommelier / Beverage Manager (Food & Beverage)

  Do you have a passion for wine and wine sales? Horseshoe Bay Resort is looking for an experienced Sommelier to take our guest and member dining experiences to the next level. The Sommelier’s responsibilities include recommending wine varieties to members/guests, supervising wine serving and collaborating with wine makers to renew the resort’s selections and achieve better prices.

• Dishwasher / Steward (Chefs/Kitchen)

Stewards will clean, transport and store all china, glassware and silverware at resort F&B outlets resort-wide. Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas and back dock.

• Busperson / DRA - Whitewater 360 Sports Bar (Chefs/Kitchen)

The QA Field Coordinator is an entry-level position that provides independent, structured assessments to measure the quality standards pertaining to guest perceptions about quality of facilities and furniture, and presentation of staging. This position will report findings and observations to the Director of Risk Management to assist in the development of plans of action.

• Outlet Attendant - 360 On The Go & Mingo's Cafe (Food & Beverage)

  The exotic wildlife and birds at Whitewater 360 need new friends! Our brand new Mingo's Cafe and 360 On The Go dining options at our gorgeous Whitewater 360 complex are in need of Outlet Attendants. The Outlet Attendant will provide excellent customer service in the assigned food and beverage outlet, taking orders in a prompt and courteous manner, handling cash, and working POS system.

• Transportation - Bellman / Parking Ambassador (Transportation)

  We're looking for Bellmen to join the Transportation Team at Horseshoe Bay Resort! A Bellman helps to deliver and pickup luggage including coolers, golf clubs etc. to and from guest rooms. They will be knowledgeable of the resort and the local area to give reliable information to hotel guests and members. Bellmen are also able to perform smaller duties such as delivering dry cleaning to a room.

• Bartender - Whitewater 360 Sports Bar (Bartender/Mixologist)
