Front Desk Agent

Hotel Indigo is looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about the Hospitality Industry.
Guest Service Agents will assist management in the day-to-day operation of the front desk. This position is the face of the hotel and is responsible for providing quality guest services that include greeting guests, registration and check-out, Opera operations, mail, and message service. Guest Service Agents must also provide prompt, courteous and efficient handling of all requests for guest room reservations, changes, and cancellations in accordance with established standards and/or scripts. This position responds to and provides information on hotel services, local attractions, travel directions, etc. Prior experience preferred.

Line Cook

$300 Signing bonus after successful completion of three months employment for full-time employees. $150 Signing bonus after successful completion of three months for part-time employees.
As a Food and Beverage Line Cook, you will be responsible for a high level of consistent meals according to recipes and standards, keeping a clean and sanitized work area at all times and exhibit impeccable food presentation and garnishing, leading to exceeding guest expectations and creating repeat business.

Night Audit is a critical role in the success of the nightly operations through Hotel Indigo. This is a third shift position working from 11pm to 7am. The Night Auditor is responsible for auditing, posting, and balancing of the daily financial transactions performed throughout the day. The Night Auditor is also responsible for greeting, registering, and checking guests out of the hotel in our continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
