This role reports to the Director of Housekeeping. As Housekeeping Manager, you would be responsible for the hotel's Housekeeping operations for both MID and PM shifts and ensuring the Housekeeping team can meet business needs and deliver outstanding service and performance. The Housekeeping Manager is responsible supervising, and coordinating the daily activities of the Housekeeping department, along with ensuring smooth operations including rooms, public areas, laundry, and supplies. The Housekeeping Manager is expected to maintain the highest level of cleanliness, presentation, and efficiency while adhering to property standards and achieving guest satisfaction. This position requires strong attention to detail, leadership skills, organizational skills, time management skills, and the ability to effectively deal with guests, and team members. Luxury Experience is preferred, as well as knowledge of Forbes standards of operation.

The Assistant Chief Engineer reports to the Chief Engineer and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the engineering team. In the absence of the Chief, the assistant will assume the hotel's administrative, financial, and operating aspects as they relate to engineering. The Assistant Chief Engineer will maintain and supervise the hotel's maintenance operations, encompassing refrigeration, heating, plumbing, heating and cooling systems, energy controls, and energy efficiency. The position is also responsible for maintaining standards as required by the city and the brand. Ideal candidates will have experience with major brands and a positive, solution-oriented focus. This position requires flexible scheduling, including availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays.
