  The primary role of a Conference Service Manager is to effectively coordinate and service group events through a partnership with the Sales team to ensure a smooth transition from the sales phase to an in-house event.

  House Persons support the overall functionality of the hotel Housekeeping department.  Ensuring availability and accessibility of supplies, maintenance of equipment, and cleanliness of storerooms and back-of-house areas, House Persons perform impactful work.  House Persons assist with trash removal, linen retrieval and sorting, and create clean and organized spaces to promote efficiency and effective hotel housekeeping operations.

• Reservations Coordinator (Sales & Marketing)

  This position will be responsible for managing the reservation process at Hutton Hotel. The Reservations Coordinator will report to the Front Office Manager and also support the business travel and leisure reservation processes. The role will assist the Director of Sales and Catering, Area Revenue Manager, and the Business and Leisure Sales team in their daily duties pertaining to the reservation process.  Daily duties include answering phones, making reservations, and communicating details to all departments to ensure guests have a successful and pleasurable guest experience.

• Engineering Manager (Engineering/Maintenance)

  The Engineering Manager is responsible for the overall maintenance, upkeep, and functionality of the hotel physical structure, mechanical systems, equipment, and guestrooms.  The Engineering Manager must be highly self-motivated and regimented to ensure routine maintenance tasks are completed safely and to standard.  Serving as the lead of the hotel’s engineering department, the Engineering Manager must also lead and develop the maintenance team.  The primary responsibility of the Engineering Manager is proactive upkeep of equipment and systems, proper and adequate repair of building and equipment, safe use of tools and other power equipment, effective troubleshooting of problems, support of guest and operational needs, and leadership of the engineering team.  The Engineering Manager reports to the Director of Engineering and Security.

• Room Attendant (Housekeeping)

  Room Attendants make a long-lasting impression and greatly influence the total guest experience.  Cleaning each hotel guest room and public area to brand standard ensures a welcome and relaxing environment for our guests while they’re away from home.  Room Attendants create beautiful spaces and have great attention to detail, making sure each element of the room is prepared for guest arrival or return.  The primary responsibility of a Room Attendant is to deliver and exceed guest expectations, clean and style hotel rooms and public areas to brand standards, promptly address guest requests, and work collaboratively to resolve guest challenges.

• Dishwasher (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Dishwashers are the backbone of the kitchen operation, ensuring cleanliness and readiness of all prep-, dish-, and barware. Dishwashers must be highly organized, efficient, and have great attention to detail.

• Housekeeping Supervisor (Housekeeping)

  The Housekeeping Supervisor supports the training and development of housekeepers and housemen while promoting the cleanliness and productivity goals of the housekeeping department. Responsible for inspecting rooms and public spaces, ensuring availability and accessibility of necessary supplies, and supporting a safe and structured work environment, the Housekeeping Supervisor plays a critical role in overall employee and guest satisfaction. This position requires someone who is available for AM & PM shifts. 

• Public Area Attendant (Housekeeping)

  The Public Area Attendant will keep all public areas and facilities (such as lobby restrooms, the telephone area, the front desk, and offices) neat and clean. The public area attendant promotes a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, friendly, and able to address guest requests and problems. This is a part-time position requiring availability for Saturday and Sunday only. 

• Food Runner (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Food Runners greatly impact guest experience by ensuring expedient and accurate delivery of food and beverage items.  Food Runners must communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, cooks, dishwashers, and managers to ensure overall guest satisfaction.  This position reports to the Culinary management team.

• Night Auditor (Guest Services)

  Night Auditors serve a critical role by providing direct guest support throughout the hospitality experience by accurately processing and tracking transactions and other reportable items . Night Auditors must be adept and creative problem solvers, delivering above-average resolutions to guests’ challenges. The primary responsibility of a Night Auditor is to deliver and exceed guest expectations, execute brand service standards, resolve challenges, ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting, and maintain excellent communication with guests, peers, and supervisors.

• Host (Food & Beverage)

  Restaurant hosts are often the first smiling faces the guests see when arriving at the restaurant. Responsible for ensuring quick, engaging, and effective communication with guests, the restaurant host plays a critical role in overall guest satisfaction. Restaurant hosts must maintain communication with restaurant management and servers and seat guests according to preferences and restaurant capability.

• Concierge (Guest Services)

  The Concierge will assist guests, patrons, tenants, or employees with personal services such as making dinner and tour reservations, offering suggestions for events, and arranging transportation.
