• Night Auditor (Guest Services)

  Night Auditors serve a critical role by providing direct guest support throughout the hospitality experience by accurately processing and tracking transactions and other reportable items . Night Auditors must be adept and creative problem solvers, delivering above-average resolutions to guests’ challenges. The primary responsibility of a Night Auditor is to deliver and exceed guest expectations, execute brand service standards, resolve challenges, ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting, and maintain excellent communication with guests, peers, and supervisors.

• Host (Food & Beverage)

  Restaurant hosts are often the first smiling faces the guests see when arriving at the restaurant. Responsible for ensuring quick, engaging, and effective communication with guests, the restaurant host plays a critical role in overall guest satisfaction. Restaurant hosts must maintain communication with restaurant management and servers and seat guests according to preferences and restaurant capability.

• Public Area Attendant (Housekeeping)

  The Public Area Attendant will keep all public areas and facilities (such as lobby restrooms, the telephone area, the front desk, and offices) neat and clean. The public area attendant promotes a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, friendly, and able to address guest requests and problems. This is a part-time position requiring availability for Saturday and Sunday only. 

• Assistant Director of Engineering (Engineering/Maintenance)

  The Assistant Director of Engineering is responsible for the overall maintenance, upkeep, and functionality of the hotel physical structure, mechanical systems, equipment, and guestrooms.  The Assistant Director of Engineering must be highly self-motivated and regimented to ensure routine maintenance tasks are completed safely and to standard.  Serving as the lead of the hotel’s engineering department, the Assistant Director of Engineering must also lead and develop the maintenance team.  The primary responsibility of the Assistant Director of Engineering is proactive upkeep of equipment and systems, proper and adequate repair of building and equipment, safe use of tools and other power equipment, effective troubleshooting of problems, support of guest and operational needs, and leadership of the engineering team.  The Assistant Director reports to the Director of Facilities and Security.

• Food Runner (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Food Runners greatly impact guest experience by ensuring expedient and accurate delivery of food and beverage items.  Food Runners must communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, cooks, dishwashers, and managers to ensure overall guest satisfaction.  This position reports to the Culinary management team.

• Food & Beverage Manager (Food & Beverage)

  The Food & Beverage Manager performs a key role on the hotel team by ensuring employee and guest satisfaction in every aspect of the food and beverage operation. By promoting an environment of hospitality, cleanliness, quality, accuracy, and engagement, the Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for cultivating a best-in-class culture.  This role can be assigned to an outlet or to banquet operations on any given day based on business needs.

• Room Attendant (Housekeeping)

  Room Attendants make a long-lasting impression and greatly influence the total guest experience.  Cleaning each hotel guest room and public area to brand standard ensures a welcome and relaxing environment for our guests while they’re away from home.  Room Attendants create beautiful spaces and have great attention to detail, making sure each element of the room is prepared for guest arrival or return.  The primary responsibility of a Room Attendant is to deliver and exceed guest expectations, clean and style hotel rooms and public areas to brand standards, promptly address guest requests, and work collaboratively to resolve guest challenges.

  Banquet Cooks are essential to delivering a high-quality, consistent guest dining experience.  Working with guidance from the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, Banquet Cooks execute food preparation for Banquet events, breakfast, luncheons, dinner and special parties delivering presentation methods to create Instagram-worthy food presentations.  The primary role of a Banquet Cook is to practice all safe food-handling methods, accurately and consistently prepare food, adapt to guest requests for modifications, and work quickly and efficiently to meet service time expectations.

• Concierge (Guest Services)

  The Concierge will assist guests, patrons, tenants, or employees with personal services such as making dinner and tour reservations, offering suggestions for events, and arranging transportation.

• Dishwasher / Steward (Chefs/Kitchen)
