  Job Details:
  To serve and assist guests during their stay by creating a memorable and efficient arrival, check in, departure and overall stay experience. To handle guest requests including help with luggage, transportation, information and other
  
  RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Read and match luggage tags, write claim tickets and detach portion to give to guest
  2. Escort customers to accommodations, visually inspect room and respond to any guest requests.
  3. Organize and store luggage as necessary in a designated area
  4. Answer questions and offer assistance giving accurate information regarding all hotel service to the guests
  5. Stay informed on current events and entertainment around the city.
  6. Performs any other job related duties as assigned.

• Assistant Executive Housekeeper (Housekeeping)

  You are part of the Housekeeping team. As the Asst Housekeeping Manager, you work directly with the Executive Housekeeping Manager to oversee the housekeeping, laundry and house person team members. You are a significant part of the properties management team and work closely with the Frond Desk and Maintenance Departments to ensure the guest experience goes off without a hitch. You take complete ownership of the properties cleanliness from the guest rooms to the public areas. You work with your team members and the other departments to not only meet the properties high cleanliness and productivity standards but to make sure everything is kept in proper working order and drive guest service levels.
  
  As a Manager, you model the behaviors and actions that you expect from your team. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, professionalism, passion for training, ability drive productivity and to anticipate your teams and the guest’s needs while staying calm and focused during busy and stressful periods is critical.
