• Restaurant Manager (Food & Beverage)

We are looking for someone who has the potential and the drive to lead the team at the award-winning Brick & Beam Restaurant at Hyatt Centric Fisherman's Wharf! The Restaurant Manager assists with attentive and efficient service in all F&B Outlets and Banquets while maintaining adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead cost. The Restaurant Manager needs to set an example to provide the best customer service & resolve any guests complaints at the restaurant. This role is also responsible for continually working towards improving Restaurant sales revenues to exceed budget. This position is overtime pay eligible. Applicants need to be flexible working AM and PM shifts, on weekends and holidays.

• Set up Attendant - Banquets (Catering/Banquet)

  The Banquet Set-up Attendant is responsible for set-up and clean-up of banquet functions as well as monitoring assigned sections during the events to ensure all patrons are served. This position has varying shifts including nights and weekends.

• Valet (Overnight) (Guest Services)

  The objective of the Valet Attendant is to ensure the safety of all guest vehicles at all times to provide/perform superior guest service (internal and external) and to ensure the efficient delivery of guest vehicles. Attendants will also ensure and be accountable for all Dispatch/computer related key entry proper handling of guest keys and to accurately detail all information relating to the number of guest vehicles in valet. Lastly to help ensure the smooth and efficient flow of guests entering and exiting valet. This position needs to work overnight shift (11pm to 7am) five nights a week, including weekends and holidays.
