The Rooms Controller is responsible for monitoring room allocation,and implementing strategies to balance occupancy with guest satisfaction. By analyzing booking trends and adjusting room rates accordingly, the Rooms Controller helps drive profitability while maintaining operational efficiency. Ultimately, this role ensures that room resources are utilized effectively to meet both business objectives and guest expectations.

Maintains an active supervisory role in respect to all operating departments overnight.
