The Front Desk Agent is responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing prompt and courteous service, and closing out guest accounts upon completion of stay, as well as ensuring the guest has an exceptional stay, to meet hotel’s high standards of quality.
This position requires the ability to inspect rooms after they are cleaned by the Housekeeper. This candidate should have previous Housekeeping experience as they have to be able to inspect the quality and cleanliness are up to the Hyatt standards. This candidate must be energetic, detailed and meticulous in following Hyatt cleanliness standards and have great interpersonal and verbal communication skills.This position works closely with the Housekeepers, Housekeeping Supervisors, and Front Desk. They will be the liaison between Housekeeping and Front Desk for the communication of releasing rooms to the front desk for arrival and preparation of resort guest, owners, and VIP's.
The Lobby Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the, public areas, public bathrooms, lobby and back of the house areas such as employee bathrooms, locker rooms and cafeteria areas, according to company procedures and at a level that meets or exceeds company standards.
The Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh is looking for a motivated individual to take on the role of Overnight Cleaner within our Culinary/Kitchen department. Reporting directly to the Kitchen Management team, you are an organized and detail-oriented night owl that thrives working independently.
The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the guest rooms, public areas, back of the house areas such as linen room and laundry areas, according to company procedures and at a level that meets or exceeds company standards.
The Shuttle Driver & Bell Attendant is responsible for all guest service functions, including driving courtesy vehicles on surface streets and freeway. Also responsible for maintaining bell station, greeting guests, handling guest luggage, providing directions, assisting the front desk in answering phones and delivering items to guest rooms.
