This person must have good communication skills as this is a fast paced position with continual customer contact. The ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight is necessary. The hotel business functions seven days a week, 24 hours a day. All team members must realize this fact and be aware that at all times it may be necessary to move team members from their accustomed shift and alter assigned duties as business dictates. In addition, this is a hospitality business and a hospitable service atmosphere must be maintained at all times. 

• Laundry Attendant (Housekeeping)

The Laundry Attendant processes soiled linen and terry on a daily basis, maintaining the laundry in a clean and orderly manner. The hotel business functions seven days a week, 24 hours a day. In addition, this is a hospitality business and a hospitable service atmosphere must be maintained at all times. • Front Desk Agent (Guest Services)

The Front Desk Agent greets and assists guests. In addition, this team member completes registration, room assignments and blocking providing excellent guest service. • Night Auditor (Guest Services)

  At Hyatt Place Fort Worth,  we believe our guests select Hyatt Place because of our caring and attentive team members who are focused on providing efficient service and meaningful experiences. The Night Auditor reconciles daily activity and closes all accounts in preparation for the new day. All information will be processed and formatted into daily reports and distributed as the morning reports to finance and housekeeping. Check- in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently process all payments according to hotel requirements. Provide information and assistance to guests and visitors.
