  A Cook is responsible for preparing all food items based on standardized recipes for the Cafe Room Service Employee Cafeteria and Banquets while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness sanitation and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio. The Prep Cook also is responsible for preparing cold foods and shellfish slicing meat and brewing coffee or tea.

  The Chef/Cook supervises and helps prepare all food items for the Restaurant/Dining Outlet Cafe Room Service Employee Cafeteria and Banquets while maintaining the highest standards for producing an appealing and appetizing product.

• Director of Sales (Sales & Marketing)

  The Director of Sales has direct oversight of the Sales, Marketing, and Event operations of the hotel. Responsibilities include the sales, marketing, and events Budget/P&L, revenue forecasting, advertising, marketing, developing and writing business plans, and ownership meetings. This role leads to the development and implementation of both short-term and long-term strategies in all sales, catering, and marketing channels to achieve the hotel’s revenue goals and increase market share performance. 

• Engineering Lead (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Engineer with opening hotel experience wanted, preferably in the NorCal region!

  The individual will be responsible for the operation of the central plant. This role requires the engineer to monitor, operate, and maintain the mechanical equipment in different areas of the hotel. They must be able to work on their own with little or no supervision. This person should possess general troubleshooting skills to repair kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, and HVAC equipment. Must be able to replace light switches and outlets, familiar with working on high voltage and power over ethernet lighting. Must know how to schedule and control space temps in all areas of the hotel through the BMS. Familiar with life safety systems, Fire alarms, sprinkler systems, smoke detectors, and how to acknowledge and silence these alarms. This person will have some painting skills or be proficient at patching, sanding, painting, and hopefully wallpaper skills. Fundamental to good troubleshooting skills in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. As well as excellent communication skills. This individual may perform room PMs and RMIs and must be or learn to be proficient in Hot SOS.

• Executive Housekeeper (Housekeeping)

  Current Assistant and Executive Housekeepers with Hyatt are wanted for this position!

  The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for all duties of the housekeeping operation and cleanliness levels in all areas of the property. Responsibilities include staff training, inter-department communications, communication with the Assistant and General Manager, as well as other departments, and staff scheduling. The Executive Housekeeper will promote an atmosphere that insures customer and associate satisfaction. This position requires strong attention to detail, leadership skills, and the ability to effectively deal with department heads, guests, and team members.

• Food & Beverage Manager (Food & Beverage)

  The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for assuring attentive friendly courteous and efficient service in all F&B Outlets Room Service Lounge and Banquets (as applicable by hotel) while maintaining adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead cost. He/she is also responsible for continually working towards improving Restaurant Room Service Bar/Lounge Starbucks (or other comparable outlet) quick-serve outlet pool bar and/or any other applicable outlet and Banquet sales (as applicable by hotel) revenues to exceed budget.

  The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Food and Beverage Manager in ensuring first quality Food and Beverage service while maintaining adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead costs. He/she is also responsible for continually working toward improving Food and Beverage sales revenues beyond budget. 

• Front Desk Agent (Guest Services)

  Front Desk Agents are responsible for greeting and registering the guest providing outstanding guest service during their stay and settling the guest's account upon completion of their stay.

  A Housekeeper is primarily responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guest rooms hallways and public areas in the hotel servicing guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures stocking cart with room supplies and replacing bed linens and replenishing guest room supplies while following company standards and safety/security procedures. In some instances this role would also be responsible for conducting ‘deep cleaning’ activities within the guest room in conjunction with preventative maintenance tasks.

• Laundry Attendant (Housekeeping)

  Perform laundry cleaning activities in accordance with Hyatt health and safety standards, while ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. 

• Night Auditor (Administrative)

  The Night Auditor is responsible for the preparation and disposition of all Night Audit work. Responsible for the front desk operation during the overnight shift (Typically 11pm-7am). Primary responsibilities include: registering guests making reservations preparing daily reports balancing transactions and conducting security walks.

• Revenue Manager (Revenue Management)

  A shuttle driver safely and efficiently transports guests to the Sacramento International Airport by operating a hotel car, van, or shuttle.  This role requires precise communication and coordination with the hotel's communication base and compliance with local driving regulations.  Drivers are frequently asked for general information about the hotel, give recommendations on the surrounding area, and are required to assist the passengers during the loading and unloading process.  Ensuring that the vehicle is clean, and fueled and that any necessary service is communicated to the appropriate person is required. The job requires sitting for extended periods, driving using hands and feet, pushing, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and reaching.
