• Front Desk Representative (Guest Services)

  The Hyatt Place Johns Creek is seeking a Guest Service Representative to join our growing team!

  The Guest Representative is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay, while maximizing suite revenue and occupancy.  The individual is also responsible for all reservation and inquiry calls during their shift.  They are expected to actively develop superior service skills in working with clients, guest, and co-workers. We are seeking someone to fill both out 6am - 2pm shift, and our 2pm-10pm shift; both weekdays and weekends are required. Specific schedules and availability can be discussed during the interview process.
