  Basic understanding of a kitchen operation within the hotel specifically aligning to Banquets/Events . Practice the importance of producing a consistent, quality product that meets and exceeds the guests' needs in a timely manner. Person has basic skills in department training and is capable of assuming department responsibilities in the absence of the Sous Chef. Skills and knowledge to include culinary education, cost control, basic communication and leadership skills and computer skills.

• Bell Attendant (Guest Services)

• Food and Beverage Manager (Food & Beverage)

  The F& Manager reports directly to the Assistant Director and Director of Operations and is responsible for the daily operations of the two dining outlets.

• General Maintenance Engineer (Engineering/Maintenance)

  A General Maintenance will be responsible primarily for general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting space, and front of the house areas. Guest room and public area entry-level preventative maintenance are included. A General Maintenance Engineer will also perform some repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment, requiring some skills and experience in these areas, as well as good communication skills.

  The Server Assistant/Buffet Attendant is responsible primarily for assisting the Server in serving the guest in the following ways: bussing tables, cleaning and sanitizing tables, prep and reset tables for next guest in addition to maintaining the cleanliness of the guest buffet. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight. This is a fast-paced position with continual customer contact.

• Shuttle Driver (CDL Required) (Transportation)

  At Hyatt, we believe our guests select Hyatt because of our caring and attentive associates who are focused on providing efficient service and meaningful experiences.  A Driver safe and efficiently transports guests to local destinations including airport by operating a hotel car, van or shuttle.  This role requires precise communication and coordination with the hotels communication base and compliance with local driving regulations.  Drivers are frequently asked general information about the hotel, give recommendations on the surrounding area, and are required to assist the passengers during the loading and unloading process.  Ensuring that the vehicle is clean, fueled, and any necessary service communicated to appropriate person is required.

• Valet Attendant (Guest Services)
