  The Food Runner / Buffet Attendant is primarily responsible for setting up, breaking down and maintaining buffet items, ensuring that they are fresh, hot, and appealing. Responsibilities will also include transporting food from the kitchen to the buffet, ensuring that buffet items are properly stocked, maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the buffet area, equipment, and utensils. They will also assist with running food from the kitchen to guest tables in the restaurant and/or the lobby bar, and assisting guests as needed.

• Event Set Up Houseperson (Catering/Banquet)

  The Event Set-Up Houseperson is responsible for the efficient set-up, breakdown, and maintenance of all event spaces at the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa. This role ensures that all meeting rooms, banquet halls, and outdoor event areas are prepared according to the specifications of each event, providing a seamless and exceptional experience for our guests.

• Valet Attendant (Transportation)

  The Valet Attendant at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines, is the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience. The attendant’s primary responsibility will be to park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure process. This role requires precise communication and coordination with Resort Guest Services and knowledge of daily events. The Valet attendant will also assist with luggage and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
